We’re looking for a product-driven Full-Stack Engineer to help build, refine, and scale core systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work across frontend and backend -writing elegant Rails code, leveraging Hotwire for slick UI, and shipping user-facing features that power millions of conversations a day.

You’ll be trusted with meaningful ownership and encouraged to move fast, collaborate deeply, and raise the bar every day.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build features end-to-end across Ruby on Rails + Hotwire (Stimulus, TurboFrames, TurboStreams)
• Own both frontend and backend tasks from design to deployment
• Zero legacy maintenance, pure modern stack
• Ship code weekly
• Partner with Product, SREs, and Data Scientists to ship high-performance, user-centric features
• Maintain clean code quality through PR reviews, testing, and refactoring
• Help shape the product roadmap alongside world-class leadership

Your Background:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused, fast-moving environments
• Strong backend expertise in Ruby on Rails
• Solid frontend experience using Hotwire, Stimulus, TurboFrames, and TurboStreams
• Experience building and scaling user-facing features for large-scale web applications
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset
• A passion for AI, cutting-edge tech, and building delightful user experiences
• Bonus: if you’re comfortable working on products involving uncensored AI models, NSFW content, or content moderation.
