DOWN are changing the online dating game through their app that has a focus on transparency, fun, getting rid of taboos, and being your authentic self. • Knowledge of DevOps, security, architecture, and cloud

As well as tech skills they're after people who are humble, have amazing communication skills in English, thrive in a start-up culture with a builder mentality, and take ownership of their work.

Here's some more useful info about DOWN:

- They don't rely on any external investment, so are able to go in their own direction with the product and explore ideas freely.

- DOWN have built a thriving global tech team based across Europe and Asia, with 3 backend engineers (Ruby), 1 android, 4 iOS, 2 data, 2 QA and 1 DevOps. Right now these people report to the CEO, so this is where you'll come in to free up some time for him to focus on other responsibilities.

- There are always new features in the pipeline, but there's also a good amount of refactoring to be done, and an upgrade from Rails 5 to Rails 8 in motion.

The company would like to fill the role relatively quickly, completing interviews over the next few weeks, so don't delay your application!
