Ruby on Rails Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer who enjoys owning meaningful features, building reliable systems, and working in a mature, high-trust development environment.

What you’ll be working on:

• Owning features from implementation to production
• Writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, E2E)
• Improving performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Build and maintain Ruby on Rails systems used at scale

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience building and running production systems
• Strong backend skills, including databases, performance and API design
• Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests (including E2E)

Nice to have:

• Experience with React
• CI/CD, background jobs, or AWS experience
